We are the largest quality hardwood suppliers in South London. Situated near Croydon, we supply timber locally and across Great Britain. We started off as a JSM Joinery, a company which produces highclass purpose made joinery for the construction industry, but 3 years ago we set up the sister company S. L. Hardwoods, offering joinery quality timbers to the public, hobbyists, and small builders. After a while, we began to realise the beauty and fascination of exotic timbers, and so started offering a range of turning & carving blanks in a wide variety of species, as well as exotic boards for furniture making. Unfortunately, in November 1998, serious fire virtually destroyed our shop, factory, and joiners shop, but with a lot of hard work and determination, we have been able to reestablish ourseleves as a leading supplier of quality hardwoods.
