My name is Roderick Howie. I am a BACP British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists Registered Counsellor and a UKRC Registered Independent Counsellor. I trained at the Metanoia Institute in Ealing as a Person Centred counsellor and have been counselling since 1996. I am currently in ongoing advanced training. I have a private practice in Ealing, West London easily accessible from Acton, Brentford, Chiswick, Hammersmith, Hanwell, Hounslow, Isleworth and Richmondand offer onetoone individual counselling, both facetoface and by telephone. My work with clients varies from short to long term counselling, covering issues of depression to general health. If you decide after contacting me that you are interested in having counselling therapy, I offer an initial session where you can explore, in complete confidence, any issue that is troubling you. It is an opportunity for me to find out a little about you and for you to see whether you feel comfortable working with me as a counsellor. If we decide to work together, we then agree a suitable time and day for us to meet once a week.
