My practice is in Oakwood, North London which has easy access to Oakwood Underground station on the Piccadilly line which runs through central London. In a nutshell the focus of my practice is the holistic healing of emotional problems which are contributing to the present day symptoms. This involves learning how to heal the sources by regression to an earlier time in this life inner child healing or in a former life past life regression. The hypnotic state of deep relaxation is a powerful tool to assist in this process. As well as the deep inner healing work, I teach a special breathing technique which helps with both emotional and physical pain. In addition I also teach the Emotional Freedom Technique which is a meridian energy therapy similar to acupuncture whereby major meridian points are stimulated by tapping on them and, like the breathing technique, can also help with releasing and healing emotional issues, outdated beliefs and physical pain. Practical suggestions are given for ongoing work which can be carried out at home in order to speed up the process. The aim is to enable more choices to be made to bring about balance and harmony on a physical, emotional and spritual level.
