Working Well is an established charity working in the East End of London to provide training and employment opportunities for people who have experienced mental health problems. Like all other employees, people with mental health support issues deserve the opportunity to work and with the right support realise their full potential. We are keen to change employers’ attitudes toward mental health and encourage local employers to offer work experience placements and jobs to our participants. We have three offices in East London, one in Newham and two in Tower Hamlets. We provide our participants with ‘on the job’ training and working in real work environments, we also actively try to integrate cultural and commercial aspects from the local communities into the projects.
