I trained as an existential psychotherapist with Ernesto Spinelli at Regents College School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, London, achieving a Masters Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy, and Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy. Over the past eight years I have developed an active interest in the promotion of existential themes in my own therapeutic work as well as within the mental health profession in general, and have a personal interest in the integration of Western psychology and Eastern thought, a topic on which I have published.
