I have been in training since 2002 at Spectrum, a centre for Humanistic and Integrative psychotherapy spectrumtherapy. The Spectrum training is accredited by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy UKCP, ukcp.uk, whose code of ethics I work within. I have undertaken Sports based NLP traing with Trained Brain trainedbrain. I am experienced in business, having been a partner in a busy dental practice for over fifteen years. I bring with me my experience as employer, financial manager, business partner, Local Dental Committee member and Dental Service Committee member. In addition to this I bring my life experience to my work. I am committed to ongoing personal and professional development and to supervision. I was born and educated in the West of Scotland, moving to London in 1982. I joined St.Johns Dental Practice in Romford in 1982, becoming a partner in 1984 until 2002, working on a onetoone basis with a large number of people from a wide range of ethnic and social backgrounds. I have a reputation for patience and gentleness. In 2002 I recognised a need for change in my life, and found that in entering training as a psychotherapist.
